The workshop is space and time to work with Ron Sparks, a proven product leader, a small cohort, and a curated set of mentors.
Workshops can be a single session or a series:

• UX Design Sprint, the clarity you product, and learn how to do it in the future.
• Aha Canvas Session, creating a breakthrough insight for the team.
• Product Design Plan, session to distill ideas in action.
• Shared Product Vision, a plan is no good if teams can't use it.
• Tighten Product Loop, from ideas to a made thing, this is the loop, we'll work to make this faster.
The workshop will both help you rapidly improve your product so customers can fall in love with what you've made and you'll be equipped with tools and strategy to move faster and build better products going forward.
